Q: How do I get into the Savant's Tower in Arnika?

When you first enter Arnika you will not be able to gain entry to the Tower. Access to the Tower comes considerably later in the game and you need to enter the Upper Rapax Castle to gain entry via a teleporter just off the King's Chambers (8).
