This is a minor quest item that can be found at various wooden structures (e.g. shipwreck, old abandoned buildings).

After acting as Urq the Mook's tour guide and returning him safely to the Mook building in Arnika, Urq will casually complain about the processing speed of the computer he is using. The party can examine the computer and find a location marked 'A-celeron'. Replacing the old component with a wooden chip will result in a 10x speed increase and gain everyone in the party 1000 experience points. Any Gadgeteers in the party will get an additional +5 bonus to their Engineering skill.
