Upon puttin the ring on the first time Rapax Templar and Common faction improve by one degree. That is from hostile to neutral or from neutral to friendly.
The level of the 4 summoned rapax varies between 50% and 75% of the wielder's level.
The Rapax owning the ring becomes the King of the Rapax. Non Rapax owning the ring still gain the above powers.
If a Rapax (Sexus) puts it on all rapax become friendly. The chances of the summoned rapax appearing is now 50% and the Rapax RPC will now follow the party anywhere without complaint.
