Given to party by Anselm after successfully defeating the Rapax guarding the Higardi in the Mountain Wilderness. 

The pouch is a misc. item that, when equipped, allows the character to place any two misc. equipable items into the pouch while using only one equipable space by merging those items with the pouch.  The character receives the full benefits of the items in the pouch.  The down side is that once the items have been placed in the pouch, they can not be removed from it.
