He'li is the perveyor of Foamies on Dominus.  She works closely with Fuzfass to create many wonderful varieties for the enjoyment of her patrons.

They come in all sizes, from timble-size to quench the thirst of the mighty faerie or gallon-size to satisfy a diminutive lizardman.

They are best enjoyed by a team, but solos are also welcome to partake of them when no others are around.

There are rumors that some of He'li's foamies even grant beneficial effects to the imbiber - Superman, Bless, and even Resurrection.

While Lords, Priests and Bishops denounce Foamies in public, He'li alone knows what they choose in private...
