You will be able to speak to the Queen in her cell at the Away Camp through the locked gate. She tells you of her desire to escape and passes you her locket (Queen's Locket) instructing you to find some one loyal to her at the Castle who might devise a plan to aid in her escape.

If the party has already rescued Rafe he will be at the "bar" in the Rapax Cellar with the Drunken Rapax. If not he is the one to seek out who is loyal to the Queen. If he is dead the Quest goes unsolved.

You learn that Rafe was the Captain of the Rapax Common Army and is still highly respected by the Rapax Common. You also learn of the jealousy and dissention between the Common Rapax and the Rapax Templars. The Common Rapax have no love for Al-Sedexus and are angered by the position of power the Templars gain by being in her service. Rafe, having spoken out against Al-Sedexus was marked for death from which your party has spared him.

Your party gives Rafe the Queen's Locket and he tells the party of a way to free the Queen. In the once empty room above the Queen's Chambers on the Zoo level a Female Rapax Mannequin and a closed Rapax Chest have appeared. Rafe gives you the Cloaking Cape and instructs you to take it, the mannequin, and this chest to the Queen.

Returning to the Away Camp you speak to the King who is in turmoil over the Queen's imprisonment and he agrees to allow the party to visit her and give her the clothing chest. Once inside the cell with the Queen the party sets up the mannequin, the Queen opens her chest and dresses the mannequin in her clothing.

As she dons the Cloaking Cape she instructs the party to seek her out in the Rapax Castle for a proper reward.

The Party receives 300,000 experience at this time and the quest gets a completed status in the party log.

Once the party returns to the Castle they find the Queen in her chambers again in turmoil. She has discovered the Templars are as blinded by the lust for power as her husband had been and she has been unable to stop the Prince and his Army from going to Ascension Peak. She bemoans the fact that no one is still loyal to her. You tell her of Rafe and she gives you a Royal Writ to be given to Rafe. She also rewards the party by giving them her Cloak (Queen's Cloak) and 500,000 gold.

Once Rafe has been given the Writ he is reinstated as the Captain of the Rapax Common Army and immediately goes to Ascension Peak. If the landslide has already occurred he instructs the army to clear it away. If it has not happened he does not allow it to happen. Now the party has a choice of paths to Ascension Peak.

They also have allies in their battle against the Prince and his Templar Army. When the Prince and Demon daughter confront the party the Rapax Common Army comes to their defense. The Common Army would consist of Rafe (now a level 24 Berserker), 3 Veterans, 6 Archers, and 3 Rapax Warlocks.

An experience bonus of 100,000 is given at the time the Party passes the Writ to Rafe.
