"Cheat Items"
 
 
"Cheat Items" are items hidden in the game by the game's designers, possibly for bug testing purposes.
Many people consider using these items cheating, and indeed one hidden item(a ring of wizardy) was removed in the patch.
The items are more or less listed in the order that you may acquire them.
By press L the location of the cursor will show up in the dialog box. Location indicates the X,Y coordinates of the hidden item.

Ring Of Protection +1.  Middle of a rock northeast of western edge, 1 tile south of FAI.  Location: X 1004, Y1114.

Ring Of Wizardy. *Not found after patch.*  Rock under a tree, southern edge of FAI.  Location:  X 2553, Y 3758.

Ankheg Plate Mail. Pearl. Ridge in ploughed soil.  West edge of Nashkell.  Location: X 186, Y 2744.

Wand Of Frost. Hole in dead tree, northwest corner of Nashkel Mines.(Above ground) Location: X 165, Y 177

Ring Of Fire Resistance.  ??  Map east of Nashkel Mines.  Location: X 1955, Y 2372.
